Sveriges största yogafestival ligger i Värmland. Flera hundra samlas för att yoga tillsammans på Ängsbacka. This year’s Yoga & Dance Easter festival was the first festival ever on Ängsbacka to be both online and partly onsite. We embraced the new world and planted new seeds for the future, seeds that will bloom as long as we nourish our dreams and intentions 💗.

Except for coordinating the… I felt really lucky tho to have Danish anusara teacher and author of a book (still only in Danish unfortunately) about the philosophy behind yoga Simon Kroon in the first Punk.Rock.Yoga. class. He gave me some truly valuable feedback and with that in mind I felt more grounded as I walked into the great venue for the second P.R.Y.L. class at the festival.
